1. General provisions
1.1 Purpose and scope of application
These conditions govern the use of the online sales services of the items offered by Fabbrica d’Arte Monterosso s.n.c., an artisanal company offering exclusive ceramic, stoneware, and porcelain creations through the website www.fabbricadarte.com.
The relationship between Fabbrica d’Arte Monterosso and the Customer does not in any case constitute agency, representation, collaboration, or partnership.
2. Form and content of the contract
The online transmission of the order and payment constitute full acceptance of these conditions, in accordance with the Legislative Decree of September 6, 2005, no. 206 (Consumer Code) and the Legislative Decree of January 31, 2007, no. 7.
The Customer accepts these conditions by pressing the "Register" button on the website.
Fabbrica d’Arte Monterosso reserves the right to modify the general conditions, applying them from the date of publication on the website.
The Customer is prohibited from modifying or adding clauses to the contract without the written approval of the company.

The User can be defined as:

3.4 Registration

3.6 Contract
The contract consists of the General Conditions and the Purchase Order.

3.8 Order confirmation
Communication from the company confirming order acceptance.
3.9 Service
Online sale of handcrafted ceramic, stoneware, and porcelain products, as well as ancillary services such as assistance and cataloging.
4. Contract subject
4.1 Subject
The General Conditions govern the sale of products and services through the site www.fabbricadarte.com.
4.2 Service access
The site offers free access to public information but may restrict access to certain areas to registered Customers only.
4.3 User registration
The User must provide personal data to register and purchase. Protection of access credentials is the User’s responsibility.
4.4 Terms of site use

5. Contract conclusion
5.1 Order
The order is valid for 5 working days. The company may accept or reject it.
5.2 Acceptance
Acceptance occurs with the Order Confirmation sent via email. In case of unavailability, the Customer will be refunded.
6. Compensation and payment
6.1 Price
Prices include VAT, shipping, and insurance costs.
6.2 Unilateral changes
The company may change prices, but will always apply those in effect at the time of the order.
6.3 Payment methods
Only the payment methods indicated during the order are accepted.
6.5 Invoicing
Invoices are issued at the time of order and cannot be modified afterwards.
7. Delivery terms
Delivery is made by courier to the address indicated by the Customer. Any changes to the delivery address may incur additional costs.
8. Right of withdrawal
The consumer Customer may withdraw within 10 days of delivery, with return shipping costs borne by themselves.
8.1 Withdrawal procedures
The Customer must send a written communication and follow the return instructions.
8.3 Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or worn products.

Official communications will be sent via email or registered mail to the addresses provided by the Customer.
